We understand some customers may not find their purchases suitable after receipt of the dresses, therefore we provide for a one time exchange.

Our Exchange policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email and we will get back to you on the availability.

No refunds on differences in item value will be made, should you choose to exchange for an item of lower value.

Do note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange and refunds are not allowed for sale items (discount code applies).
